Providing Your Game To Us
We require that your game is provided to us with the following:
- Properly marking hunting tags
- Skinned
- Head and legs removed from the carcass (leave the hind tendon on - makes it much easier to hang)
- Cleaned of debris (hair, leaves, rocks, and so on)
- Have carcass quartered (Elk)
- Placed in game bags or some type of cover
- No odor
- We will goover the carcass with you (looking for blood shot, missing parts)
Antelope, Bear, Deer, or Elk Processing
- Back strap steaks
- Other steaks
- Roast
- Tenderloin
- Ground
- Stew seat
- *Bone in ribs*
Game Processing

- Elk $1.75 lb.
Boned out, best steaks, roast, and burger
- Venison, antelope, bear, cougars $175.00
Boned out, best steaks, roast and burger up to 100lbs
- Grind only (your trim) $1.95 lb.
- Wrapped $2.25 lb.
